Availability
All experiences and packages are subject to availability at the time of booking. Specific blackout dates are listed on each experience.
Validity
Unless stated otherwise, experiences must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
What's included
Only the items listed in each experience's description are included. Flights, transfers and other expenses are not included unless stated.
Cancellations
In the rare event a package is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a credit note where the venue or provider refunds the undelivered portion.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our card payment provider. Prices are shown in pounds sterling.
